Word Search Unblocked

This page opens our word search in Normal mode in a plain web page. There is nothing to install, no account to create and no app store involved – just a single, lightweight page that loads quickly on school Chromebooks, work laptops, tablets and phones.

Each Normal puzzle is a 10×10 grid with ten words on one theme, such as Space, Kitchen, Sports or Dinosaurs. Words run across, down and along both forward diagonals. Press New puzzle at any time for a fresh grid and a new theme.

Why it works on most networks

The game is one small HTML file served from this site – no plug-ins, no Flash and no downloads.
It needs no login or third-party account.
Best times are stored only in your browser's local storage.
It works with a mouse, a trackpad or touch.

A good five-minute break

A Normal grid usually takes three to eight minutes, which makes it a handy short break between lessons or tasks. If you want something gentler, try Easy mode; for a longer challenge, try Hard mode, where words can also run backwards.

Is this word search really unblocked?

It is a plain web page with no downloads or logins, so it opens on most networks. We can't control every school or workplace filter, though – if a network blocks the whole site, ask the administrator.
